Personal trainer Tracy Anderson knows a thing or two about transformation. At just five feet tall with 'a dad built like Danny DeVito', her dance career once seemed doomed. But Tracy wouldn’t settle for anything less than her personal best.
Refusing to believe in the conventional wisdom that genetics would predetermine her life’s course, Tracy set about creating her own workout methods. Years of research, experimentation, and hard work took her on a journey that not only transformed her own body, but made her a much sought-after fitness expert as well. Now the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna work out with Tracy on a regular basis, and millions more are motivated by her DVDs.
Tracy likens the bodies of her clients to snowflakes and tailors workout programs to their own unique needs. She believes fervently that every one can meet and even surpass their goals quite regardless of genetics or circumstance. It’s a philosophy that we at Raising Malawi wholeheartedly embrace.
Now Tracy is applying her tried-and-true method of combining kindness, confidence and hard work to a very worthy cause. A portion of the proceeds from her forthcoming DVD will benefit Raising Malawi. It’s just what you would expect from a dynamic professional woman dedicated to improving the health and well-being of others, no matter their background.
We thank Tracy for her commitment to Raising Malawi, and look forward to seeing more of her inspiring DVDs. If you’d like to get motivated by the Tracy Anderson Method visit www.tracyandersonmethod.com.
